Unwind and Relax with Black Dog Deluxe at Coorg

                          I had my deadlines to be met of 29th of December. Wrecked my every nerve to finish it on time. With  12-16 hours of work each day in the last week
was so frustrated at the end. The very same day I released my project, we left to Coorg, Karnataka.
We booked a home far away from the city hustle bustle. As soon as we reached Coorg. All friends united. It has become more of a tradition to unite every year and celebrate togetherness .

           As usual I was so excited at reaching Coorg . We reached around 5 am and since then my jumping around started.
We soon reached our homestay. It was a nice cosy place with wooden ceilings away from the city, huge or humongous open ground with a swing. We had authentic Coorg food . Puttu with chicken curry, some kind of coconut sweets.  Then we ventured out to get our best companion in all good times. On reaching the bar everyone started ordering their drinks. I noticed since the time I switched  to Black Dog Premium Scotch  most of my friends too have started drinking only premium drinks. (Raising color high)
That evening we spent drinking. I enjoyed my scotch drinking it neat occasionally I chose to have it with ice .
Paired it up with roasted cashew nuts , wafers and a game of poker. It made the evening never ending. The game kept getting more interesting every minute. We concluded the night with a lot of memories. Next day morning we had to wake up for a good trek.

      We started our plantations walk. We saw a huge coffee and tea estate. That area had a lot of elephants so we had to choose our path carefully.As I am a big time environment freak I loved that place instantly.
  After a few miles we reached a place that looked so heavenly. The was waterfall and it looked so pristine best part was it was almost empty.  Some of us already settled into the falls while a few amongst us went all the way up till where the waterfall starts.
  It was splendid. Once you reached there looked like the whole world was paused. Nothing could beat the serenity, calmness at that place. It had a mini waterfall at the top. We called it the natural Jacuzzi. It was beautiful.
    After we reached back , it was the New Years night. We started our party late at night.
I grabbed my beautiful companion Black Dog scotch -12 yr BD Deluxe. Its color -Golden with amber was so splendid at night.
I swirled it a little and smelled malty, woody,complex but delicate aroma of sherry and vanilla. Its taste was unforgettable woody, sweet yet sharp,fruity with light
teasing peat, pronounced malty. The whole experience was luxurious. It has to be I had reserved to treat myself with a 12 year old for special occasion and here it was.
Leaving a warm feeling within, a feeling of relaxation, content ,comfortable, unwinding every wrecked nerve and relaxing.

Felt at peace. Like the entire universe is balancing itself. Loved every minute there.
The memories of friends and black dog scotch 12 years old are unforgettable. These are the moments money cannot buy. This was one of my ways to Unwind and Relax.
