Bar Hefer was crowned Israel’s Maiden of Beauty 2013 or Miss Universe Israel 2013 on February 27, 2013 at the Haifa International Convention Center. The beauty is 18 years old and stands 1.73 m. She will represent Israel at the Miss Universe 2013 pageant later this year, where Olivia Culpo of the United States will crown her successor.
